My journey to establishing Shyft began 19 years ago.
I spent six years sharpening my sales craft in other sectors, before finding my ‘ideal home’ in real estate 13 years ago. Since then, I’ve achieved ‘Grand Master’ status three times. This award technically measures sales figures but, to me, it represents the many clients who were able to achieve the best price for their home and move onto the next chapter of their lives.

Achieving the greatest outcome every time is always crucial, but it’s important that we all enjoy the process too.
I love being able to make a genuine positive impact on people’s lives. I use my strategy, negotiation and problem-solving skills to maximise potential from all angles. There’s also the psychology of sales that I find really interesting.

I think people would describe me as Motivated, Measured and Authentic.
Each person on our team has that ideal blend of being ethical and driven. We collaborate well and this creates a great team atmosphere.

Beyond real estate, my passions are speedway racing and being a dad.
I’ve been involved in racing for 25 years and enjoy the challenge of working on cars. My two teenage girls also keep me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
